The influencer has over a million followers on Instagram and is one of the most prominent body image influencers we've seen.

While other women who encourage a positive body image admit that they also miss out from time to time and also share edited photos to one degree or another, Karina brings the whole truth to the face - and is not ashamed to publish the most real photos or videos available.

Karina often shares unedited photos of herself modeling in a bikini she designed herself.

One of her latest videos got a lot of attention online when she revealed exactly what her thighs and stomach look like while sitting in a car and driving.

The Australian content creator and owner of the bikini brand Moana Bikinis showed in the video how her hips touch each other and how the "excess weight" moves from side to side during the ride.

The video is intended to convey an encouraging message to her fans which boils down to the words "love yourself exactly as you are".

She wrote on top of the video: "God, I wish someone had told me this when I was younger... that everyone has a different body. Photoshop, little models on magazine covers... They told me I was overweight. I stopped eating, what a shame , can't enjoy carbs like any girl in a hot summer. If I could go back in time and tell myself this when I was younger, I'd say 'Psst... you're perfect, you're confident, you're beautiful, you're amazing, you're intelligent, you stand out, Yourself".

Kareena continued the positive message in the caption alongside the video: "In case you needed this reminder today... Like millions of men and women, I too have been brainwashed into what society has deemed 'attractive' and 'acceptable' over the years. No curves. Nothing edited . No belly. No big sizes. No skin textures. No body hair. You should have been 'perfect'! Or at least that's what we thought. Until now."

Karina said in the past that she was exposed to harsh reactions from trolls who called her "fat" and "pig" and cheekily asked her "what's wrong with your legs?".

In response to the video she shared, she received a lot of encouraging comments about her openness and the fight against trolls.

One wrote in response: "My sister, you are a queen and such a positive influence on men and women, encouraging them to love their bodies just the way they are. Including me!".

Another added: "I love how transparent you are with your body. I wish I had the confidence to be like that. I've been hiding my weight and curves for so long that I just think a sudden change would confuse everyone."
