The four defendants, aged 26 to 40, are also suspected of having "
damaged the integrity of a corpse
" and of having "
modified a crime scene

At the end of April, a walker had discovered the badly damaged and partially charred body of a young man at the foot of a tree stump in a wooded area of Béruges, near Poitiers.
A judicial investigation has since been opened and the victim identified, but the prosecution has not communicated his name.
