Because they are at the end of their careers, seniors are often more courageous to carry options or tell the truth to management, without being a court phenomenon.
Finally, as their professional life is behind them, they are not to covet the place of the other, but above all seek pleasure at work.
They can therefore distill a very positive state of mind, at a time when we note a growing lack of love among young people for the company.
