The Russian news agency RIA Novosti reported that there are indications that the Kyiv regime is preparing a provocation by using a "dirty bomb" or low-yield nuclear weapons, to accuse Russia.
The agency quoted responsible sources in various countries, including Ukraine, as saying that this provocation, which is planned to be carried out on the territory of Ukraine, aims to accuse Russia of using weapons of mass destruction in the Ukrainian theater of operations, and thus launch a strong campaign against it in the world in order to undermine confidence in it.
According to the sources, the administration of the “Eastern Mining and Processing Plant” located in the city of Golteh Vody in the Dnepropetrovsk region, as well as the Kyiv Nuclear Research Institute were assigned to create a “dirty bomb”, as work on the project has reached its final stage.
The sources pointed out that employees of the Ukrainian presidential office, under the direction of Zelensky, are conducting secret contacts with representatives from Britain, regarding the possibility of transferring nuclear weapons components to the Kyiv authorities.
