Lihya Lapid, the wife of Prime Minister Yair Lapid was embarrassed and abandoned an interview with News 13 after she was asked to answer a question about her husband's military service.

After that, on the microphone that remained open, Lapid was heard expressing her grumbling about the interview in the ears of the media consultants who accompanied the interview.

According to the Israel Hayom investigation, Lapid gave different versions over the years regarding his military service.

After the publication of the investigation, in an interview with Yonit Levy as part of News 12's "Conference of Influencers", Lapid provided a new version, which contradicts an official version given by his office to the newspaper just two weeks before.

The interesting thing is that News 13 chose not to deal with the embarrassing incident - and not to promote the item or make a push about it - and contented themselves with a refined tweet under the title "Interview with Lihya Lapid: What is the question she avoided answering?".
