Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko explained that cyber attacks against critical infrastructure were carried out with the aim of destabilizing the country.
"Cyber-attacks are increasing worldwide, targeting, first of all, strategically important enterprises, government agencies, various institutions and the banking system," the Russian TASS news agency quoted Lukashenko as saying today at a meeting on cybersecurity.
And the Belarusian president indicated that this means that they are targeting the vital infrastructure of any country, including Belarus, and this is a dangerous element of mixed warfare.
Lukashenko confirmed during his meeting with the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon on the tenth of this month that the world is witnessing the birth of a multipolar system, against the background of recent global events, explaining that the current events in international politics indicate the beginning of the process of emergence and building of a new multipolar system for the global political structure. .
