The fine imposed on the French National Railway Company has not yet been pronounced by the president of the court, who continued to read her decision on Wednesday.
On the other hand, it recorded the release of the two other defendants: a former railway executive, who had carried out the last round of surveillance eight days before the tragedy, and the manager of the SNCF Réseau tracks (ex-Réseau Ferré de France).
