The FEHD stated that stall licensees and their staff who are unfit for vaccination due to health reasons must declare the situation and present a "Medical Exemption Certificate" printed with a QR code.

Relevant persons are required to keep the medical exemption certificate as proof and present the relevant documents for inspection by FEHD staff at any time at the start of the Lunar New Year Fair and throughout the event.
