This 39-year-old man, who "

The suspect disputes any premeditation
On Wednesday around 10:00 p.m., he showed up at the woman's home in Maubourguet and shot "

" at his new companion.
The 29-year-old man was "
mortally injured in the head
", the same source said.
During his police custody, the suspect declared "
to have been worried
" by the silence of his ex-partner, whom he had "
attempted to contact several times
" during the day, but he "
did not explain the reasons of his passage to the act

He claimed "
that he did not know that his former companion had a new relationship
