The First Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the United Nations, Dmitry Polyansky, announced that Moscow requested a session of the UN Security Council on the 31st of this month, against the background of the terrorist attack carried out by the forces of the Kyiv regime, with the participation of Britain, on the ships participating in the grain deal across the Black Sea.
“Against the background of the attack by Ukraine on the ships of the Black Sea Fleet involved in ensuring the security of ships transporting Ukrainian grain, within the framework of the so-called Black Sea initiative, we requested a meeting of the UN Security Council on this subject, on Monday,” the Russian RT channel quoted Polyansky as saying. The 31st of this month,” noting that the Permanent Mission of Russia to the United Nations informed the Secretary-General that Russia would suspend its participation in the initiative.
Russia announced earlier today, the suspension of its participation in the grain deal across the Black Sea, after the terrorist attack launched by the forces of the Kyiv regime on Sevastopol with the participation of British experts.
