The Prosecutor's Office links Erick Liborio Morales to the process after driving under the consumption of alcohol during his working day

Erick Liborio Morales was leaving the subway driver's car after the discrepancies of several subway users: "Get off, don't hide", "you are a danger to the community", "'see it' as it comes, like this or more drunk", " the driver is super drunk”.

Morales was under the influence of alcohol during his workday on October 19.

At the Xola station on line two, he opened the doors contrary to those planned.

A few days later, he himself told in an interview on YouTube that he had run over four people, that it was the second time he had worked drunk and that he had been drunk the whole night before.

Finally, the Mexico City Prosecutor's Office has linked the operator to the process this Wednesday.

The authorities indicate that the operator was arrested in the State of Mexico for the "probable commission of the crimes of attempted homicide and attacks on communication channels."

Morales appeared on the youtuber Yulay channel last Wednesday.

In that video, he claimed that he suffered from depression and that, previously, he had run over four people.

"My wife left with another man, my mother died, I have run over four people who threw themselves against the train," said the operator.

Morales had been drinking for hours before starting his shift, which began at two in the afternoon.

“I drove like two hours drunk.

I arrived early so as not to miss.

If I was still in my house, I was still drinking alcohol, ”said the driver.

A video posted at 4:00 p.m. on October 19 shows authorities pulling Morales out of the car and escorting him away.

Later, they did a breathalyzer test, which came back positive.

"Don't chase me, don't be bastards," the driver begged the authorities at the time.

The youtuber asked how it was possible to come to work drunk.

Morales said that there are security protocols, but that he was "handy" and knew the "tricks."

He had worked as a subway driver for six years.

"Alcoholism is a disease: incurable, progressive and fatal," he points out to the youtuber.

In the video, Morales assured that he would take over all the responsibilities.

"I was reckless, but I warned," assured the operator, who defended that he asked for medical help, but said that he never received assistance.
