What's better than a vegan breakfast?
Easy: three vegan meals to choose from.
Indeed, this is exactly what Planet X, the Tel Aviv vegan cafe (Chelanov 22), offers.
Every Friday, assuming you don't get up at noon, you can choose between a classic breakfast (scrambled tofu with mushrooms and onions, vegetable salad, lots of dips, bread, cold and hot drinks - NIS 78);
A shakshuka meal (tofu-based shakshuka, vegetable salad, tahini, za'atar almond feta, herb butter, olives, breads and cold and hot drinks - NIS 68);
and brunch for two (a plate of dips with tofu egg salad, cashew spread in the style of smoked salmon, a variety of dips, spreads, breads and drinks - NIS 85).

Koko Rotisserie Hermat-Ganit (Toval 19) prepares a menu for you for Vegan Day consisting of More Food's natural meat substitute, based on pumpkin and sunflower seed protein.

Masbah and shredded meat;
Schnitzels and chips, and regular dishes on the menu such as a vegan entrecote minute sandwich, salad with shredded "meat" and vegan shawarma.

NG Restaurant (Yehuda Hassid 15, Tel Aviv) is contributing to Vegan Day with a pair of meat-free dishes: Grilled exotic mushrooms (golden oyster and pink oyster served with bok choy, cherry, liva and blush - NIS 82);
and vegan steak and chips (plank steak of Redifine Meat, salt and pepper, accompanied by cherry chili sauce and fries - NIS 110).

The Italian restaurant chain Pat Vini is also getting involved in veganism and is launching a new menu without meat, dairy and meat products.

Spinchi Eli Olio pasta (green linguine, olive oil, vegetable stock, confit garlic, broccoli, spinach, dried tomatoes, herbs, pan gritta, pine nuts, lemon zest and chili - NIS 54);

From now on, at the Lounge restaurant (Talmud Hall 4, Tel Aviv) you can get dishes based on Redifine Meat's meat substitute, including - get it - the Redifine Kebab: the world's first "lamb" kebab made from vegetable ingredients (NIS 96).
You can also try the kebab in the Siniya version (on roasted eggplant, tahini and tomato salsa, baked in Tabon - NIS 96);
There is also a cigar filled with vegan meat, like this for a snack (NIS 42).
Indira is celebrating Vegan Day with a discount: a seven percent discount on the restaurant's entire vegan menu will be offered to diners on November 1.
Among the dishes you can find vegetable samosa, mongdal pakuri (a kind of Indian falafel), vegetable pakora (vegetables coated in lentil flour and fried), mixed vegetable curry, chana masala (chickpeas in a spicy sauce) and Kathmandu potato (potato and sweet potato cubes stir-fried in Indian style ).

Holding an event on Vegan Day?
Monier catering takes care of those who abstain from meat and offers special catering trays for vegans, containing mini shawarma pita from soy strips (with the addition of chickpeas and parsley) and mini falafel pita (with the addition of white tahini, pickled cucumber, tomato and radish).
