The press service of the Russian Defense Ministry announced that tests are currently underway on a new missile ship developed for the army, and it is scheduled to be delivered before the end of this year.
Russia Today quoted a statement issued by the service that tests of the new Russian military ship Grad are currently underway in the naval fields of the Baltic Fleet, noting that the ship’s crew is inspecting the work of the artillery systems and conducting firing tests from them, testing missile systems, life support systems, ventilation and air conditioning systems on board and the ship's maneuverability in the water.
The statement added: The length of the ship is 75 meters, its width is 11 meters, and its displacement of water is 949 tons, and it can move at a speed of 25 knots and travel 2500 nautical miles on each mission. mm and Igla missiles against air targets and machine guns also against air targets.
