Abrupt end at "Bauer sucht Frau" - this lady-in-waiting simply breaks off

As Farm Week progresses, farmers and ladies-in-waiting get closer and closer in Farmer Wants a Wife.

A farmer on the TV show, on the other hand, is less fortunate, as his chosen one throws in the towel in the fourth episode.

The farm weeks of the current 18th season of "Bauer sucht Frau" are in full swing.

Nurse cow owner Jörg from Hesse has been kissing since the second episode, as

reports.

On another farm, people are flirting wildly and boldly, bending the beams.

Farmer Loretta is still in the middle of “speed dating”.

She catches up on her single dates at her farm in Baden-Württemberg because she couldn't be there at the barn festival, because at that time she fulfilled a long-awaited dream.

But not all "Bauer sucht Frau" candidates seem to be doing well.

In the fourth episode of the dome show, a lady-in-waiting decides to leave her farmer early.

Farmer is looking for a wife: Erik's farm week comes to an abrupt end - Julia leaves the farm

While some candidates of the dome show “Bauer sucht Frau” are clearly trying hard to please the ladies-in-waiting, others are having a hard time.

In the fourth episode, for example, Erik finds Julia's presence "very nice", but doesn't think about what she might like.

The day on Erik's farm in Thuringia gets off to a bumpy start.

He always drinks a quadruple espresso in the morning and rarely has breakfast.

His lady-in-waiting Julia, on the other hand, likes it mild and "doesn't want to skip a single meal of the day".

Therefore, the young lady is surprised about the lack of breakfast.

But Erik quickly knows how to help himself.

Without further ado, he goes to the refrigerator and takes out a child penguin for his lady-in-waiting.

Will that be enough and Julia be satisfied with it?

She leaves it uncommented.

Instead of driving a tractor, lady-in-waiting Julia has to muck out the goose barn - but only one thing bothers her

Well, everything is a little different with Erik.

While other ladies-in-waiting are allowed to drive tractors and tears even flow, “Bauer sucht Frau”-lady-in-waiting Julia has to muck out the goose stable together with Erik.

In this task, Erik wants to see how Julia is doing in the yard.

After all, the geese end up as a roast for the family, so they need to be well cared for and nurtured so that they taste good later.

Lady-in-waiting Julia isn't bothered by the smell or the actual task, she's worried about something else.

"With Erik, I would like us to talk a little more and not just about work," Julia told RTL.

The reason: She has had the experience in the past that if she has to ask too many questions or show interest, it is a bad omen.

Erik shows too little interest - lady-in-waiting Julia is annoyed

And indeed, there is a dead silence between the two during work.

"We just didn't talk to each other, it was silent.

And that's always really bad for me – this silence,” Julia explains later.

Eventually she takes the initiative and asks Erik if he wouldn't be interested in her at all because he's so quiet and didn't ask her anything.

Erik seems visibly taken aback and replies: "Yes, yes.

I am very interested in your life, actually!” But he is not one who likes to “squeeze” someone.

Well, for Julia it's not "squeezing out" but "getting to know each other".

Erik finally sees that and promises to improve.

"It was also very close to me what Julia said there," he tells RTL.

"Julia is a tough woman and what she said hurt me," admits the sensitive farmer honestly.

Is there a future for the two or is Erik's silence a "deal breaker" for his lady-in-waiting?

Julia confronts Erik in "Bauer sucht Frau".

There is still too much radio silence from Erik's side and that's why Julia looks for a conversation again.

After the mucking out, the two retreat to a swing and talk.

Erik obviously feels uncomfortable and shies away from the conversation, which he then ends with the words "Now tell me, what problem do you have with me".

Julia just wants to know from Erik again why he doesn't ask any questions to get to know her better.

To Julia's astonishment, the "Bauer sucht Frau" contestant says he doesn't know and thinks he's already asked her a few questions.

However, he was not aware that it was not enough and he is very sorry about that.

Julia acknowledges his apology and also "takes her hat off" to him for showing so much insight.

But still, she thinks Erik doesn't show enough interest.

"I have the feeling that you don't really burn for me or show any interest," she says, wiping away a tear.

After clarifying the situation, Julia sees no future and leaves the farm prematurely

Is Julia right or is she wrong about her pawn?

Erik also seems to be very involved in the conversation, because he is very interested in Julia.

"I'm a very quiet guy.

This is difficult for me.

I like you very much, even if it doesn't come across to you that way," he explains his silence.

The sensitive young farmer didn't know exactly how to deal with his chosen one and didn't want to "stress" her either.

Julia is certain, either Erik shows more interest or it's over.

Although Erik promises to improve again, Julia still decides to end the matter.

"I think it's a shame how things went between us, but I've reached the point where I've had enough."

The farm week finally comes to an abrupt end for Erik.

"I'm leaving the farm with mixed feelings," but he's still happy to have clarified everything with Erik.

The young farmer, on the other hand, thinks it's a shame that Julia didn't address her concerns beforehand and now has to leave so abruptly.
