The Wiesseer building committee was actually supposed to discuss on Thursday whether it would subsequently approve the illegal constructions on the Saurüsselalm.

But owner Franz Haslberger backed down.

Bad Wiessee

- Many had eagerly awaited the discussion about the Saurüssselalm in the Wiesseer building committee - the meeting on Thursday evening (October 27) was comparatively well attended.

But the listeners were disappointed: Franz Haslberger had withdrawn his application for subsequent approval of the awning and the terrace, which had turned out to be too large, at the controversial Alm at short notice.

Saurüsselalm: the owner came personally to the town hall - and withdrew the application

Did the businessman want to forestall a rejection of his black constructions – the non-licensed dance stage should also be discussed?

It seems likely.

It is possible that the proposed resolution that the municipal building authority had formulated for the meeting had leaked out and the applicant had not liked it.

By the way: everything from the region is also available in our regular Tegernsee newsletter.

One thing is certain: Haslberger personally visited the Wiesse town hall on the day of the meeting and withdrew his application.

"We were also surprised by this," said Mayor Robert Kühn in the building committee.

Apparently, the owner of the Almimperium did not provide any objective justification for his withdrawal.

Black buildings at Saurüsselalm: District office should ensure that applications are submitted

Now the question is how to proceed with the unauthorized Alm equipment.

CSU councilor Peter Kathan also wanted to know at the meeting: "Can we now assume that this will be dismantled?"

It probably won't be that easy.

The community, she made that much clear on Friday (October 28), now sees the Miesbach district office again as the construction supervisory authority.

The district office is urgently asked to ask the applicant to submit the applications as soon as possible, according to the town hall administration.

District authority on the Haslberger case: "There remain a lot of question marks"

The district authority, in turn, said that it would first have to wait for the official notification from the municipality that the application had not been processed.

"If there is no plausible explanation, we have to get in touch with the building contractor again and ask them again to bring about a legally compliant condition for the awning and dance floor," said spokeswoman Sophie Stadler.

That had happened once before in the summer.

Stadler said she could not say anything about possible deadlines without knowing the reason for the postponement.

Basically, however, it is the case that the building authority orders the removal of illegal buildings.

This will of course also be done in the case of the Saurüsselalm if the conditions are met.

The position of the municipality will also be decisive here, which the district office is also not aware of, since the application had not been processed.

Stadler's conclusion: "There remain a lot of question marks."

SGT sees Haslberger's withdrawal as an admission

On the other hand, the conclusion of the Tegernseer Tal Protection Association (SGT) after the meeting was clear.

Chairwoman Angela Brogsitter-Finck sees the withdrawal of the application as an admission by Haslberger: "He has apparently realized that the buildings are not legal." Now the district office must take action.
