Special envoy to Marseille
Fifteen days after Culturespaces: from museum splendor to the court of the public prosecutor to the Paris criminal court against Culturespaces, its CEO Bruno Monnier and the former mayor of Baux-de-Provence Michel Fénard, justice has again looked into the contracts signed between this company which manages several cultural sites (including the Jacquemart-André museum) and the town hall of the Provençal village.
The tone of the magistrates was once again harsh.
Appointment was given Monday, October 31 at the end of the morning at the Administrative Court of Appeal of Marseille.
In the room all in woodwork and padded with red panels, the atmosphere was tense.
Culturespaces and the municipality of Baux-de-Provence had to defend themselves in two different cases joined by the magistrates.
The judges first studied the file of the company Cathédrale d'Images, which is requesting the cancellation of the public service delegation of Culturespaces to the quarries of Baux-de-Provence.
