Wind farms, solar farms, extensions of livestock buildings, tropical greenhouses or urban densification on former wasteland... Many projects, in town or in the countryside, arouse strong opposition from local residents, but also from environmental defenders. come from all over France or elsewhere in Europe.
The militant media Reporterre counts some
"200 hot spots of struggle"
all over France against projects that it considers
"useless"
and greedy in space and natural resources such as water.
They concern emblematic actions, such as those around the basins of Deux-Sèvres, in particular in Sainte-Soline, or even at Notre-Dame-des-Landes, north of Nantes, a site still partly occupied by zadists.
Determined protesters
The latter also call on activists and sympathizers to come
“to celebrate 10 years of resistance to Operation Caesar”
on November 19 and 20.
