Last night (October 31), they inspected many liquor-licensed premises in the district and found that there were 1 person surnamed Huang in each of the 2 bars. (31-year-old) and a female customer surnamed Li (24-year-old) presented electronic needle cards suspected to belong to others, and both were arrested for "attempting to mislead police officers".

In addition, a man surnamed Zhang (29) in another bar was arrested for "not carrying identification documents when going out".

All arrested persons are being detained for investigation.


During the operation, three people were arrested and many were fined.

In addition, there were 13 males and 6 females (aged 22 to 64) in the 5 bars who entered the catering premises with a "yellow code", failed to scan "Safe Travel", did not have a valid vaccine pass, one for more than 6 people, Smoking in no smoking areas is suspected of contravening the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F), the Prevention and Control of Disease (Vaccine Pass) Regulation (Cap. 599L) and Fines under the Fixed Penalty (Smoking Offences) Ordinance (Cap. 600); and 2 male and 2 female licensed or responsible persons (aged 30 to 50) of the relevant premises will be charged.

During the operation, three people were arrested and many were fined.
