There are investigations that last longer than others... This is the case of the one concerning the judicial investigation opened against X by the prosecutor's office in Créteil (Val-de-Marne) on July 15, 2021 for "false in public writing", "judgment fraud" and "willful violence", by "person holding public authority".

These investigations are based on at least five complaints filed by lawyers for the accused during and after the so-called Viry-Chatillon trial (Essonne), during which thirteen people were tried for throwing Molotov cocktails at four police officers in October 2016, and which ended on April 18, 2021 with eight acquittals.
The others were sentenced to terms ranging from 6 to 18 years in prison.
The ball had been opened by Me Frédérick Petipermon, lawyer for a defendant sentenced to 18 years' imprisonment on appeal.
On February 26 and then March 10, 2021, he filed two complaints for "false public writing".
“We have the impression that they want to bury this affair”
These complaints highlight the discrepancies between the statements of several young defendants and a witness and the transcripts by the investigators.
Depositions caught the eye of Me Petipermon.
For example, that of the main witness who gave 21 names, but who cannot be seen giving this list on the image.
Another curiosity raised among many others: a bailiff's transcription of an interrogation which is 168 pages even though the report is only 30 pages.

Since the complaints were filed and the judicial information was opened, none of the young people who are civil parties have been heard by the investigating judge.
