Zeng Guowei pointed out that in order to promote the development momentum of the Greater Bay Area, Hong Kong is committed to building good hardware and software advantages, such as the completion of landmark projects such as the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong High-speed Rail, to form a "one-hour living circle" in the Greater Bay Area; The Bay Area provides talents and services. He also mentioned that Hainan Province's recent issuance of bonds in Hong Kong not only demonstrates Hong Kong's unique advantages under the "One Country, Two Systems" policy, consolidates Hong Kong's status as an international financial center, but also reflects Hong Kong's role as the world's largest offshore RMB business hub.

Zeng Guowei emphasized that the Hong Kong government will continue to strengthen communication with all sectors in the future, formulate mutually beneficial policies, and attract overseas and domestic talents to develop in the Greater Bay Area.

For example, he pointed out that the GDETO will set up the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development and Promotion Center" to strengthen the promotion of the development opportunities of the Greater Bay Area: "Strive to tell the story of the Greater Bay Area well, and talents and funds will be poured into the Greater Bay Area."

He pointed out that the exchange of innovation and technology between Hong Kong and other cities in the Greater Bay Area will be the focus of future development.
