Yanis Marshall does not follow any other “Star Academy” candidate still in the competition except Carla.
Only the three eliminated, namely Amisse, Achène and Cenzo, were followed by the dance teacher.
Especially since Yanis Marshall has already interacted personally with Carla in February 2021. He commented on a video posted on Instagram where we see the young child dancer chaining a few steps on a stage, a split and a roll, all dressed in a feather and black vinyl ensemble.

On Instagram, the choreographer mentions this passage on television by thanking his
"two wonderful dancers"
and refers to Yanis Marshall.
“I started dancing in heels because I worked a lot with Yanis Marshall who is quite well known in the industry,”
he explains on set alongside Ali Rebeihi and Agathe Lecaron.
He also reveals, via an Instagram post on the evening of the show's launch, that he was the one who choreographed, in collaboration with two other dancers, the compulsory dance during the "Star Academy" auditions.

And he's not the only Yanis Marshall dancer she knows.
Already almost four years ago, in December 2018, the young blonde posted an Instagram photo – the first on her account by the way – with a certain Valentin Beaufils behind the scenes of a performance at the Bridge Paris Club.
The young man appears in July 2020 alongside the choreographer as a dancer.
The links, direct or more distant, begin to accumulate between Carla and Yanis Marshall.
