The residents of the town of Jdeed Akidat in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor demonstrated against the crimes of the "Qasd militia", which are linked to the American occupation against them.
Local sources told SANA reporter that dozens of residents of the town of Jadeed Akidat in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, went out this afternoon with a demonstration against the “Qasd militia”, denouncing its repressive practices and kidnapping of young people and impeding their daily life through its checkpoints and armed groups that are spread in the area.
The sources indicated that the demonstrators blocked the main road leading to the town with burning tires and stones, and chanted slogans calling for the expulsion of the militia and the American occupation forces from the Syrian al-Jazeera region.
The day before yesterday, the people of the town of Jadeed Bakara in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor went out with demonstrations against the practices of the “Qasd” militia and in protest against the loss of safety in the militia’s deployment areas and the confiscation of their property and livelihood.
