Thursday, the Igas (General Inspectorate of Social Affairs) and the IGJ (General Inspectorate of Justice) released a scathing report on the dysfunctions of social services and justice that failed to protect a baby in danger.
This child, whose identity is not mentioned in the report, died at the age of 13 months, under the blows of his parents, on November 16, 2021.
