, the victim had been treated at the University Hospital for a fibula fracture.
She was due to undergo surgery on an empty stomach but was reportedly placed in a room while waiting as she was not 'priority'.

According to the complaint, the operation was postponed several times and the victim was not fed in the meantime.
Remained several days without eating, the patient would have ended up falling into a coma before dying.
