Compulsory Testing｜Over 47 Buildings on the List, involving Clovelly Court in Mid-levels and Sea To Sky in LOHAS Park

The epidemic situation in Hong Kong has stabilized, and the authorities maintain the mandatory testing arrangements for buildings.

The Medical and Health Bureau announced the latest list tonight (6th), with more than 47 buildings on the list. Among them, Tseung Kwan O, Shatin District and Eastern District each recorded 5 buildings on the list, becoming the top of the 18 districts, including LOHAS Park Sea To Sky 1, Ma On Shan Sunshine City P, and Chai Wan Blue Bay Peninsula 7, etc.

The list of mandatory inspections includes luxury and blue-chip housing estates, such as Blocks 1 and 2 of Clovelly Court in Mid-Levels Central, Block 29 of Laguna City in Cha Kwo Ling, and Mei Xi Court, South Horizons, Ap Lei Chau, etc.

Four other building areas were included in the list with positive sewage samples. Among them, Tung Chung and Tai Po covered a large area. The former involved multiple buildings in East Ring, while the latter included the double-numbered houses of No. 26-62 Kwong Fuk Road and 15-Wai Yan Street. The latest strong inspection list shows that at least 47 buildings are on the list, of which 43 have more residents diagnosed, and the other four buildings are on the list due to positive sewage samples.

Five buildings in Tseung Kwan O will be tested for Haiyue Garden, Metropark, etc.

Tseung Kwan O, Shatin District and Eastern District each recorded 5 buildings on the list, among which Tseung Kwan O is all private buildings, including Block 1 Sea To Sky of LOHAS Park, Block 1 of The Verandah, Block 1 of Ocean View, and Metropark There are 17 buildings on the banks and 9 buildings in CAPRI; the listed buildings in Sha Tin include Ka Wing House, Ka Tin Court, Tai Wai, Block D of Green Lake Garden in Sha Tin, and Block P of Sunshine City, Ma On Shan.

In the Eastern District, Golden Pine Court in Fu Ya Garden in North Point, Hua Shan Court in Taikoo Shing in Quarry Bay and 7 Blocks in Blue Bay Peninsula in Chai Wan are on the list.

There are also many luxury and blue-chip housing estates on the list. The former includes Blocks 1 and 2 of Clovelly Court in Mid-Levels Central, while the latter involves Block 29 of Lagoon City, Cha Kwo Ling, Mei Xi Court, South Horizons Peninsula, Ap Lei Chau, and Quarry Bay Towers. Tung Chung East Central sewage positive 5 buildings included in the compulsory inspection

Four other building areas were included in the list with positive sewage samples. Among them, Tung Chung and Tai Po covered a larger area. The former included Blocks 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B and No. 1 residential building in East Ring; Buildings at 26-62 Fook Road (single-numbered houses) and 15-53 Wai Yan Street (single-numbered houses) were included in the compulsory inspection list.

Those who are required to undergo mandatory testing must undergo nucleic acid testing in accordance with the relevant mandatory testing announcements, and cannot use rapid antigen testing to meet the requirements of the announcement.

In other words, a negative rapid antigen test result will not be considered to meet the mandatory testing requirements.

If the person concerned has been diagnosed with the disease in the past three months and has the relevant certificate, he is not required to be tested as required by the announcement.

The number of confirmed buildings was slightly reduced to 9,000

In terms of confirmed buildings, a total of 9,058 buildings are on the list, of which 2,866 buildings are newly listed or have further confirmed cases.
