Crazy weather in Bavaria: After the first snow fell over the weekend, temperatures are rising again this week.
Are the 20 degrees in?
Munich – Cold in winter, warm in summer: The weather in Bavaria doesn’t really want to decide at the moment.
While there were minus degrees at night at the weekend, the first snow fell in the Alpine lowlands and 30 centimeters of fresh snow fell on the Zugspitze, the next "heat pump" is now coming.
Meteorologist Dominik Jung, an expert at

announces a mountain of heat that ex-Hurricane Martin is responsible for.
The result: temperatures in Bavaria are climbing.

In his forecast, the weather expert writes: "An ex-hurricane will reach western Europe in these hours and it will bring a lot of wind there around Great Britain and western France." However, Germany is not affected by the storms.
Instead, the hurricane pushes warm air masses into the country.
Temperatures of up to 20 degrees are possible.
Also in Bavaria?
In the Free State, at least in Lower Franconia, the 20-degree mark could be cracked.
Otherwise, the maximum values are between 14 and 17 degrees.

The 14-day trend shows no cold and no snow.
In short: "No onset of winter in Germany!" Jung sees this as a positive aspect.
"The energy-saving weather will therefore continue in the next ten to 14 days," he explains.
The German weather service (DWD) also predicts a rise in temperature in Bavaria.
The sun will also appear on the Alps and in the foothills for the next few days.
In the east of Bavaria there is high fog, on the Danube it is mostly cloudy.

Will the warm October also be followed by a record month of November?
October was already way too warm.
In fact, the warmest October since records began in 1881. A record.
November seems to want to do the same for him.
After the first seven days, it is already three degrees warmer than the climate mean.
According to Jung, after the warm air masses caused by ex-Hurricane Martin, there is a “big boom” from Eastern Europe.
Means calm autumn weather for days.
