Two people were killed in the city of Przebodow in the Lublin district of Poland by Russian missiles that were aimed at Ukraine - this is what American officials said today (Tuesday).

According to the sources, the two people were killed in the region bordering Ukraine, by a missile aimed at the city of Lviv.



The prime minister of Poland, whose country is a member of NATO, convenes the cabinet following the event. The country's national security council also convenes. The North Atlantic Treaty states that in the event of an attack on one of the countries, the other countries must defend it.

Earlier today, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky presented a ten-point peace plan at the G-20 summit in Indonesia, which should bring an end to the Russian invasion of the country.

Zelensky called on world leaders to use all force to stop "Russia's nuclear threats" and impose a price cap on energy imports from Moscow.
