Yesterday (15th) at about 9:00 a.m., when the mobile unit of West Kowloon Region was patrolling the junction of Sai Yeung Choi Street South and Bute Street, it intercepted a suspicious-looking man named Mo (30 years old) and seized him on the spot. A car key; not long after, a woman surnamed Mo (37 years old) reported to the nearby No. 103-109 Xiyangcai South Street, claiming that her wallet was robbed.
However, when the police officers arrived for investigation, they found that the woman answered suspiciously, and found the wallet she claimed to have been robbed on her.

According to sources, after in-depth investigation, the police believe that the man and woman involved in the case are a couple, and that the car keys on Mo Nan belong to others.
Someone suspected that he had borrowed a car from a friend to drive without a license. During the investigation, he was afraid that the incident would be exposed, so he asked the police to call his girlfriend.
After he was allowed to make a call, he actually secretly asked his girlfriend to report a false case in an attempt to wait for an opportunity to escape.
In the end, male Mo was arrested on suspicion of "driving without a license" and "driving without third-party insurance"; female Mo was arrested on suspicion of "attempting to mislead police officers" and is currently being detained for investigation.
The case was handed over to the Criminal Investigation Team of the Mong Kok District Police District for follow-up.
