The trial was to last three weeks before the Assize Court of Seine-Saint-Denis.
It was to be about the burglary in a company in La Courneuve, in January 2018, which had resulted in the death of the leader, killed by one of the criminals.
This Tuesday, the file was returned to September 2023, without further details on the date.
