The case was classified as "murder" and "wounding". The police once arrested 12 people. Charged with one count of murder, one count of assault causing bodily harm and two counts of wounding, the case will be brought up again in the Eastern District Magistrates' Court on January 30 next year. The incident occurred in the early hours of October 6 the year before last, when two groups of gangsters "He Shenghe" and "14K" had a dispute in the bar at the loft of the Golden Gate Commercial Building on Austin Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. A number of villains wreaked havoc in the store, and a fight ensued between the two sides. Employees and customers with a 14K background were attacked by "explosive bottles". In the end, 4 employees were injured, and some of them were disciples of the 14K fierce "Nine Fingers". The four injured were sent to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment. The police arrested 11 men and one woman, aged between 23 and 54, between October 2008 and November last year. Among them, seven men, aged between 23 and 42, have been charged with one count of murder and one count of murder.
