The prosecutor's office today (Wednesday) filed an indictment against Aryeh Greenfeld, a 36-year-old resident of Tel Aviv, for assaulting a driver on Ayalon lanes with a helmet.
The indictment states that the attack happened after the two stopped to exchange details, after Greenfeld claimed that the man hit the scooter he was riding.
"Greenfeld did not stop attacking the victim even when the latter fell to the ground as a result of the first blow, and immediately returned to hitting him with another helmet blow and did not stop, until the moment when the complainant collapsed on the road and lost consciousness," the lawyers wrote in the arrest request attached to the indictment.
