“attacked three soldiers from the surveillance and intervention platoon of the gendarmerie in charge of his static guard”

“During the altercation on the ground, the detainee managed to grab the service weapon of one of the gendarmes and fire.

The prosecution has opened a flagrant investigation for
"violence with weapons on a person holding public authority"

(specially equipped hospital unit)
in Lille.
He will be heard by the investigators at the end of his hospitalization”
