He visits the city a little.
In the morning, he strolled through the Museum of the House of Jim Thompson - an American industrialist and businessman who mysteriously disappeared -, before having lunch with the Prime Minister of Thailand, Prayut Chan-o-cha, at the House of government.
Then he went to the stadium to admire the boxers.
But the stands are empty.
Only one stand is occupied by students from the French school in Bangkok.
When Emmanuel Macron enters the arena, they applaud him wildly.
It's not every day that you come across a President of the Republic.
