(ANSA) - ROME, NOVEMBER 17 - "We have spoken to the Minister of Education Valditara, and we also want to involve Minister Bernini to give life to a very broad project which will allow the dissemination of culture, Italian know-how and Italian education throughout the world, but also to attract non-Italian young people to our country who can be trained in our universities, so as to also have a network of friends from Italy in the future. It is also a way to strengthen our cultural diplomacy".
This was stated by Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani at the Italian Education Days in the world, underway at the Farnesina.
The goal is "to systematize all of our country's initiatives and open the doors of our training institutes, even in distant countries", using for example the tool of "telematic universities", he added.
"I think we will present the project as a trio on the occasion of the meeting of the Italian ambassadors", scheduled for 20 and 21 December at the Farnesina.
