Torah Jews demand in the coalition negotiations to cancel the order of the outgoing Minister of Health Nitzan Horowitz that the Institute of Forensic Medicine known as "Abu Kabir" will operate on Shabbat.
In Torah Judaism they demand that the minister's instruction be canceled and the institute not operate on Shabbat.
Abu Kabir is the National Center for Forensic Medicine, the only public institution that provides forensic medicine services in Israel and operates under the Ministry of Health.
The institute conducts post-mortem surgeries and operates in accordance with the instructions of the police and the prosecutor's office.
Will the Horowitz decision be overturned?

As I recall, the ultra-Orthodox's demand comes against the background of the directive issued by the outgoing Minister of Health, Nitzan Horowitz, to extend the working days of the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Abu Kabir in order to allow autopsies on Saturdays and holidays, this in light of complaints from, among others, the Arab public and members of the Knesset of Ream that there is and to respect the families of the deceased who wait on Shabbats and Jewish holidays to bring their loved ones to rest as soon as possible in accordance with Muslim tradition and religion.
Now the institute does not operate fully on Shabbat but holds a drive on weekends in case of need.
However, the ultra-Orthodox insist that there are many jumps of the drives on Shabbat and this is a Shabbat desecration by part of the state's government system
Also, MK Mansur Abbas and Walid Taha submitted a bill regarding the opening of Abu Kabir on Shabbat and it was stopped in the first reading, but the minister's decision went into effect.
