On Saturday, Hans Sigl and Oliver Pocher fooled around during a game.

But the two didn't pay attention for a moment and blood is already flowing and "Because they don't know what's happening!" becomes the special episode of the mountain doctor.

"Attention, blood," interjects Günther Jauch and the camera zooms in on Oliver Pocher's battle injury.
