Another opportunity to excommunicate among French people, while the ills of the country - the weakness of our industry, persistent mass unemployment, high crime rates, the impotence of the State towards illegal immigration, and so many other pressing issues - should demand the full attention of the public authorities.
We know the national propensity for debates of principle while our daily environment is imperceptibly in disrepair.
The Frenchman is indifferent to concrete and practical action, but intractable on the point of honor.
Since deputies wanted a fistfight on the subject, let us thus summarize schematically the arguments in presence, exposed in two forums published in
