Since September, at least, a 19-year-old young woman and two 17-year-old minors have forced a 12-year-old girl from Seine-Saint-Denis into prostitution.
The minors who took on the role of pimps forced this very young girl to chain up to “twenty customers a day”, indicates a police source.
They were arrested on November 15 by the minors protection brigade.
This Friday, they were indicted before being “presented before the judge of freedoms and detention who placed the major under judicial control.
The two minors were placed in pre-trial detention, ”says the Bobigny prosecution.
Most of the acts were committed in Seine-Saint-Denis, in particular in Bondy, and to a lesser extent in Seine-et-Marne.
Baited on Snapchat
According to the first elements of the investigation, revealed by RMC, the young girl in family breakdown fell into the clutches of the trio via a conversation on the Snapchat network.
The young woman gains his trust by promising him accommodation and she gets the young teenager to send her pictures of herself naked.
An appointment is then made.
As accommodation, she is locked in a hotel room where she is forced to make passes.
The spots are well distributed in the team.
Hotels are pre-booked by the 19-year-old.
The two men take care of monitoring the victim and pocketing the money from the prostitution.
The investigation begins in September when the mother reports the disappearance of her daughter.
The victim will be found at the Montreuil hospital.
This new case of pimping of minors adds to the dozens of files followed by the brigade for the protection of minors.
This specialized service currently handles around sixty cases of this type.
