US Justice Secretary Merrick Garland will announce Friday, November 18 the appointment of an independent prosecutor to oversee investigations into former President Donald Trump, according to US media.
The minister is due to deliver a speech at 2:15 p.m. (7:15 p.m. Paris time), according to his services.
