Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova called on international organizations to condemn the crime committed by the Kyiv regime forces against unarmed Russian prisoners of war, and to launch a comprehensive investigation into this cowardly act, stressing that this crime “will not go unpunished.”

And the RT channel website quoted Zakharova as saying in a statement today: “We call on international organizations to condemn this heinous crime and conduct a thorough investigation in it,” stressing that all those involved in these crimes will be identified so that they receive the punishment they deserve.

In the same context, the deputy speaker of the Russian State Duma, Boris Chernyshov, condemned the crime of executing Russian prisoners of war by the Kyiv Nazis, stressing that the perpetrators are "war criminals and will not escape punishment."

Chernyshov said: "This is fascism in its ugliest form.. These are not soldiers fighting for their country, but war criminals who will be subjected to the most severe punishment."

The head of the Russian Council for Human Rights, Valery Fadeev, confirmed earlier today that the crime committed by the Kyiv regime against Russian prisoners of war constitutes a violation of all conventions prohibiting ill-treatment of prisoners of war, and a violation of the rules of international law and morals.
