Corona Capital 2022: schedules, transportation, and tips 1:13

The Corona Capital returned to Mexico City.
This Friday the 18th, Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th, the renowned festival in its 2022 edition takes place at turn 4 of the Hermanos Rodríguez Autodrome in Mexico City.

On day one, My Chemical Romance stole the hearts of thousands of young and not so young people in the Corona Capital.
The American group closed its tour in Mexico during the first day of the festival with thousands singing the new songs and those of the past.
Gerard Way decked out in medieval attire I deliver it all along with Mickey Way, his brother, Toro and Frank Iero.
The chords of his new melody "The Foundations of Decay" were heard before giving way to "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)" which was chanted by the attendees at the top of their lungs.
"It has been an honor to play for all of you. Thank you very much," Gerard Way told the audience.

The five stages installed in the Hermanos Rodríguez Autodrome gave rise to presentations such as Cigarettes After Sex, Wallows, White Lies, Viagra Boys among others with 85,000 attendees according to the organizers.

Remember that this is a cashless event.
Upon arrival you will have to go to the
cashless
points of sale to get a bracelet that will allow you to buy food and drinks at the festival.
Do not forget that you can take a bottle of water with a maximum of one liter and that it can be refilled at various hydration points.

What will the hours be?
There will be five stages at the festival and each one has already defined its schedules.
At 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Kill Birds will open on the Corona Agua Rifada stage and My Chemical Romance will close on the main stage at 11 p.m.
On Saturday, the festival starts at 2:30 pm and Arctic Monkeys will be closing it.
Also expected are Foals, The Kooks, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Paramore, Liam Gallagher and Jamie XX, among others.
And for Sunday they have contemplated Idles, Lil Nas X, Miley Cyrus, The 1975 and more.

Festivals returned to Mexico with Corona Capital 1:51
How to get there and how to return home safely?
The government of Mexico City will implement public transportation to have a safe return home.
The transport will have 10 different lines to take you to various areas of the city.
The units will be ready at gate 2 of the Palacio de los Deportes.
The festival also has private transportation to return to different parts of the city with an extra charge.

Here are some survival tips for this type of massive event.
If you go in a group, always have a meeting point.
In case you have an emergency or your cell phone has no battery this can help you locate your friends.
Avoid crowds.
But if you have no choice, always place your cell phone or wallet in front of you or in a bag or fanny pack that you don't lose sight of.
The weather is always a factor that can change everything in a festival.
Be careful and check the weather.
Be sure to bring a thermal jacket or raincoat if rain is forecast.
Check the map of the event and the starting areas, as well as the available parking lots.
