When she pushes the door of the PMI (Maternal and Child Protection) of Morsang-sur-Orge (Essonne), May 29, 2013, Inès
(the first name has been changed)
is supported by three friends.
“I was raped by twenty people,” she says in tears.
The number is chilling.
Almost ten years later, they are 12 to be judged by the assize court for minors of Essonne from this Monday, until December 2, for "rape in a meeting" and "complicity in rape in a meeting ".
Because they were under 16 at the time of the events, ten others are sent to juvenile court for “rape”, “complicity in rape” and “failure to prevent a crime”.
They will be cited as witnesses at the assizes.
The respondents are all between 23 and 27 years old today.
