Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's Netflix docu-series to launch in December

Over the past two years, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been spotted with microphones and cameras.
Now the eagerly awaited documentary series is finally about to start.
In December it's time.

Meghan Markle (41) and Prince Harry (38) signed a multi-year contract with Netflix in September 2020.
At the time, the New York Times reported that the couple's California-based production facility, later named Archewell Productions, would exclusively produce documentaries, docuseries, feature films, screenplays and children's programs for the popular platform.

Not much of the list has been published yet, so the fans are particularly happy about the more or less concrete start date in December.
After all, one could assume that the documentary series was being worked on because Meghan and Harry were repeatedly spotted with microphones and camera teams on visits to New York and The Hague.
In an interview with
Variety
in October, Meghan spoke briefly about what viewers can expect in the docuseries.

Again and again it was said in advance that secret microphones would even record visits to the royal family during the mourning phase for Queen Elizabeth II.
Meghan was even accused of irreverence without proof (photomontage).

"It's nice that we can entrust our story to someone - an experienced director whose work I have long admired - even if that means it might not be how we would have told it," Meghan said of working with the producer Liz Garbus (52).
"But that's not why we're telling them.
We entrust our story to someone, and that means seeing it through their lens.”
Meghan's tribute to the acting industry in Variety:
"It's interesting.
My husband has never worked in this industry," Meghan said of working with

, referring to the entertainment industry.
"For me, having worked on
Suits
, it's so amazing to be around with so much creative energy and to see people working together and sharing their own viewpoints.
It was great fun."
Speaking of their collaboration with Netflix, Forbes magazine said:
"We are incredibly proud that they have chosen Netflix as their creative home and look forward to sharing stories with them that can help build resilience and that." To increase understanding of audiences around the world," Ted Sarandos, 58, Netflix's co-chief executive and chief content officer, said

Again and again, more or less secret records provided topics of conversation
The cameras were obviously with Meghan and Harry at the Invictus Games in The Hague in April.
Probably for a special feature about the prince, who is the initiator of the organized sports tournament for injured, sick and wounded soldiers and veterans.
Oscar-winning British director Orlando von Einsiedel (42) and producer Joanna Natasegara have reportedly been signed to the film.
