Tesla: Electric car manufacturer now also offers tequila glasses

Tesla's online shop has snow chains, roof racks and wall boxes - and recently also tequila glasses.
Alcohol and driving a car – they absolutely don't mix.
That seems to have reached the vast majority of people now - the majority of Germans are even in favor of a zero alcohol limit.
Recently, pre-installation for so-called Alkolock systems has even become mandatory for car manufacturers in new cars.
Of course, as a driver of an electric car, you have to stay sober – but Tesla boss Elon Musk (51) apparently has no problem connecting the company name with alcohol.
Some time ago, the car manufacturer already had a Tesla Tequila on offer in its online shop.
Now the electric car manufacturer is also supplying the right glasses.
Tequila glasses are available in the Tesla shop for 85 euros.

Elon Musk keeps attracting attention with strange products: A Tesla Christmas jumper was recently on sale – which was also sold out in no time.
And even red Tesla shorts were already available.
So now tequila glasses – including the engraved Tesla logo.
However, the glasses in Tesla's German online shop are simply called "shot glasses".

Tesla: That's how much the electric car manufacturer's tequila glasses cost
The shot glasses are only sold as a pair in the online shop.
When it came to the design, the carmaker was inspired by Tesla tequila – it came in a Blitz bottle.
The glasses are almost triangular and, thanks to the rounded base, cannot stand up on their own (like the bottle) - actually a less than optimal property for beverage containers.
However, the price of 85 euros also includes a metallic stand in which the designer glasses can then be placed.

It remains to be seen whether the glasses will go away as quickly as other Tesla products apart from e-cars, such as the Cyber-Quad for children.
Shortly thereafter, however, the first offers appeared on eBay – at horrendous prices.

In contrast to the tequila bottle, the glasses are almost a bargain - 750 milliliters of the spirit cost a whopping 250 dollars in the shop (around 240 euros, as of mid-November 2022).
