As the contracts for 2023 fly away, the minister declares himself ready to look at all the specific cases.

“All businesses are eligible for electricity bill payment assistance.”

Visiting Olivia Grégoire, Minister Delegate for SMEs, in Montceau-les-Mines, Bruno Le Maire kept repeating the message: the State will help companies get through the energy crisis.

“File your electricity bills, and we will tell you if you are eligible for aid.

It's worth asking!”,

insists the boss of Bercy to a couple of bakers in Blanzy.

The latter have already increased the price of their baguette twice in a few months.

And a further increase of 10 cents is expected in January.

2023 promises to be complicated despite everything for these traders, who cannot reduce their electricity consumption, except to give up baking bread.

Their energy bills will increase tenfold next year.

The aid may then not be enough.

“We will look specifically at the case of bakers”
