Amorphous designs steal the show and become an artistic sculpture in space.

A counter-reaction to the geometric and symmetrical trend that dominated here for a good few years.

The incomprehensible, asymmetrical, out of the frame, unmeasurable, and breaking boundaries - this is the amorphous design - it has no beginning, middle or end.
Deceptive design, goes beyond the obvious due to its formality.
A cloud-shaped couch or sink, an immeasurable armchair.
One does not know where they begin and where they end, they are undefined.
Despite everything, their location in the home space marks the boundaries of the room and delimits it clearly.
This trend goes down the throat easily when it comes to a mirror or a small decorative item, but can it also be applied to large, meaningful and functional items in the space?
Imagine a sink that has no concrete shape?
Or an asymmetrical sofa?
How It Works?
Just like the geometric trend that has been very popular in recent years, where everything is symmetrical and precise, this trend is the opposite.
It is precise in space, but certainly not symmetrical, and that is its beauty.

"When you incorporate an item in a space that is different and intriguing, it only stimulates it."

"There are rules in the world of design, the rules of symmetry. But the whole beauty is that those rules can be 'broken' and thus create interest in the space," says interior designer Ella Morgan.
"In the end, it's all a matter of dosage. When you incorporate an item that is different and intriguing into a space, it only stimulates it. It won't go crazy, or bring down or skyrocket. Rather, it will give it some kind of twist. Bottom line, we're all looking for some kind of twist in life."
"It is a creative and diverse design by definition. From every angle you look at it, you will notice a different design that enhances the existing atmosphere in the house. It captures attention, stimulates the imagination, and the presence of the amorphous items increases the value of the complex where they are located," says Orli Gohar Ben Harosh, the home designer of the ellita living chain.
"Recently, we started importing the PRIANERA brand that pays respect to nature. One of the intriguing collections is called LITOS and it moves through the space like an unceasing stream of water. Meanwhile, the collection produces a sculptural sophistication of pleasantness, tenderness and style, alongside roughness from nature and includes armchairs, sofas and chaise longues that allow for combinations Wonderful and creative compositions in space."

The customer wants a calm design and on the other hand a bolder one.

On the one hand, today's materials have undergone technological upheavals that allow designers to play with, fold, create and cut the materials more easily and to pour into the various elements contents and forms that until now were a fantasy.
On the other hand, the client is also more open and wants to create something different, "out of the box" and the accepted definitions and templates.
This is not a humorous design, but a serious trend that blends into the home and gives it a warm, bold and open tone, a trend that definitely creates a conversation around it.
"Our desire to be creative, surprising, is increasing, along with the desire for a pampering, ergonomic and relaxed design. The same creative trend also enters the sanitary field. The customer wants a calm design and on the other hand a bolder design and this is where brands like FALPER come into the picture, which in addition to modern-classic design, also offer products and amorphous designs that 'steal the show' and become an artistic sculpture in space," explains Adi Lavie, MODY's VP of Marketing.
