One of the most intriguing events at the Israeli cuisine festival, which has already started and will end on November 30, will be the one that contains a female celebration of prominent chefs from the country.
For two evenings, chef Avivit Friel will host young chefs who are the future of Israeli cuisine.
Dana Lee Barman, Michal Motil and Barbara Tslivi-Avi will join her, and will prepare their dishes in two rounds each evening, each of which includes 25 people - and a total of 50 diners for the evening.
As part of the meal, those present will receive about 8 dishes, which are the product of a creative incubator and dialogue between the restaurateurs, each of whom brings her own unique touch to the dish.
In addition to this, they will also tell about their path, the inspirations and the dreams that accompany them.
