This Tuesday, November 22, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) gave its authorization for the renationalization process initiated by the State.
The AMF has deemed "
compliant
" with stock market rules the draft simplified takeover bid (OPA) filed on October 4, which provides for the acquisition of the 16% stake in EDF that the State does not hold, at a price of 12 euros per share, before withdrawal from the Paris Stock Exchange.
