The national teams of Denmark and Tunisia took to the grass today (Tuesday) at the City of Education Stadium in Qatar for the first match in Group D, where France and Australia are also playing.
The Scandinavians are favorites on paper, but know that the fight for qualification to the round of 16 will be stubborn and that they must not take any opponent lightly.
Tunisia will try to surprise.
In Denmark, Christian Eriksen started in the center of the field, in what is actually his return game to a major tournament - about a year and a half after the memorable collapse in Euro 2020 (held in 2021).
