Rami Levy, the owner of the retail chain "Rami Levy Sycamore Marketing" said on the HaHofera podcast that "the state and the Israel Land Administration are to blame for the increase in housing prices."

He also added that "If it were up to me, I would lower the prices. The Israel Land Administration claims that they want to curb the prices, but they market at the highest price."

At the same time, Levy was asked about the increase in prices in Tnuva.

"We are negotiating with them. You see there is another dairy that is almost bankrupt because the target price has increased by 25 percent. In the end, it is the state that decides. If the state wants to help, it can subsidize the dairy farmers."
